1. Purchase a Case Review

Choose the appropriate case review service from our online store found here.

Choose from standard reviews, enhanced reviews, or platinum reviews (which include opportunities to submit specific questions as well). There is a separate review service for legal professionals (IDPC review).

2. Submit Your Case Details

Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll need to submit your case details.

For individuals: Complete our submission form.
For legal professionals: Upload the IDPC bundle and any context or questions via our streamlined portal .

3. We Review Your Case

Your case is reviewed by a currently sitting magistrate (from a different court area to ensure impartiality), who assesses it from a judicial perspective.

We focus on how the facts may be interpreted, the likely sentencing outcome, and how best to present or prepare your case effectively.

Turnaround time depends on the service type selected.
